Managing Broker/Owner - Brian Lee
Brian Lee officially recieved his brokers license in 2006 but has been buying and selling real estate with and without the help of agents for over a decade. He has been investing in real estate for the same amount of time and has owned land, single family homes, duplexes and multi-family properties. He is adept with spreadsheets, formulas and property analysis.
Brian grew up with a father that built homes for a living and has built single family homes and duplex's himself. Brian has also designed multi-family developments and understands all the government approvals to get to the "shovel ready" stage. With this depth of experience Brian can quickly size up most issues and play a strong advisory role for buyers and sellers alike.
Brian has an undergraduate degree from UC Davis in Landscape Architecture and has designed landscaping from the small residential project up to entire subdivisions. He also worked as a laborer in landscape construction installing irrigation, planting and doing concrete work. After the Davis experience, Brian went on to get his MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. In that program he learned both technical and business skills that are used in managing the brokerage today.
Brian is also the principle property manager at Freedom Property Management. He is responsible for all operations.
In Brian's free time, he likes to write, go for runs with his dog Buddy, invent new products and work on creative endeavors. He is building a canoe from small strips of cedar which should yield a beautiful boat.
